Who We Are
Maakov Beef is our brand, born deep in the Sonoran Desert. The desert doesn't make anything easy, and that's exactly why our beef is different. Every animal grows up on open range, shaped by the same conditions that have defined Sonoran ranching for generations.
Where We Come From
We raise our own cattle, from birth, on our own land. For fattening and processing, we partner with a trusted facility, and we pay for that process ourselves. The cattle are ours from the start, and the beef that reaches you is entirely ours too.
